Navigating the Industrial District Warehouse
The true challenge lies in pinpointing the exact building containing Nora, which is a nondescript warehouse situated right at the water's edge. Look for a structure sitting on the northern coastline of the district, directly facing the open water. The entrance to this specific area is cleverly hidden behind a structural wall that requires tactical demolition to bypass.
Drop down onto the small wooden dock or ice raft floating directly in front of the warehouse's northern facade. Use Batman's explosive gel tool on the weak, breakable section of the wall to blow open a new passageway into the facility. Once inside, you will need to grapple up and navigate through a series of vents to avoid alerting the heavily armed guards stationed within the room.
Securing Nora and Completing the Quest
